Payment Types Accepted:

Rates:  all prices in USD and include taxes.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Stays of less than one week will also incur a $75 cleaning charge.

Payment Terms:

Once availability is confirmed, a 50% deposit must be made via Pay Pal or through a wire transfer within 5 days.  The remaining balance due must be received by owners 30 days prior to your arrival date.  Note that for any holiday weeks, the remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Security Deposit:

A $500 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival in US cash.  The security deposit will be refunded upon departure provided that the condo and its contents are free of damage and are reasonably clean.  The owners and property manager reserve the right to retain the security deposit or a portion thereof if an accurate damage assessment or appraisal cannot be done at time of departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full less a 10% administration fee.  Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival but less than 90 days will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full rental charges.  There will be no refund on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.  Cancellation of holiday weeks will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% for reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival.  Owners reserve the right to exercise discretion with regards to refund of cancellation charges.  Cancellation charges may be applied to future reservations within 12 months depending on availability and owners ability to rent out the condo for the cancelled reservation period.  

Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to the owners.  Cancellations will be acknowledged via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of e-mail.  If an acknowledgement is not received by the renter, your cancellation request has NOT been received.
