the Condos

We have two condos in a brand new, beautifully landscaped, 20 unit complex.  The complex is made up of five, two story buildings with each building containing two upper and two lower units.  The complex also has two pools, two outside kitchen areas at each pool and night time security.  Both condos are main floor units and are side by side which is ideal for larger groups.  You are three blocks from the beach.

The condos share the same floor plan and are two bedroom, two bath units.  They are beautifully furnished in Costa Rican
style with stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen counters, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room.  Each air conditioning unit is separate from the others allowing for individual temperature preferences. 

Each unit sleeps six; with the ultimate in sleeping arrangement flexibility by having two twin beds in each bedroom that can be moved together to give you luxurious king sized beds with a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.  Total indoor living space in each condo is a spacious 1080 square feet, with an additional 330 square feet of outdoor living space on two separate patios.  Step out your front door and you are mere steps from the beautiful pool and landscaped grounds.

We have thought of your every need – you only need to bring personal effects to enjoy your Costa Rican holiday.  We have everything you will need in the kitchen from a beautiful wood table that seats 6 to plastic pool cups to a blender.  In the living room there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and wireless internet.  Each bedroom has two night tables, full sized wardrobes, lamps and alarm clocks.  There are beach towels in the condo, so no need to pack those either!  Please refer to the amenities list for a complete list of the condo contents.
